What are the Documents Required for Poland Tourist Visa?

If you are planning to apply for Poland tourist visa, please read below list of documents required before starting your application. If you wishing to apply for Poland tourist visa, please read below list of documents required prior to starting your application.

Passport & Photographs

Traveler passport should have a minimum validity of 03 months with at least 2 blank pages & 02 passport size Photographs with white background (Recently taken).

Residence Visa (If you are applying not from your home country)

A valid United Arab Emirates (UAE) residence visa with a minimum validity of 3 months from the date of departure.(If residing any other country use the residence permit of that particular country) 

Flight & Hotel Booking

A tentative travel plan including confirmed Hotel and Flight itinerary has to be submitted along with the documents. The supporting travel documents provided are subject to cross verification by the embassy for legitimacy. Henceforth any false documents provided shall lead to visa application being rejected.

NOC & Covering Letter

All applicant should submit a No objection letter (NOC) from your local sponsor (Parent/Spouse) or organization which describes the purpose of your trip, date of onward and return journey and an No Objection Letter (NOC) from the employer on your trip abroad.

Self-employed individuals should produce evidence of registration of your business in the UAE, trade license and the latest bank statement is to be attached.

Travel & Medical Insurance

Proof of travel medical insurance to cover any expenses which might arise in connection with repatriation for medical reasons, urgent medical attention and/or emergency hospital treatment or death, during your stay on the territory of the Schengen countries. The insurance should be valid throughout the territory of all Schengen countries and cover the entire period of the person's intended stay or transit. The minimum coverage should be EUR 30 000. The applicant should submit a written confirmation from the insuring company with information about the name of the insured person, territorial validity of the insurance, exact dates and amount of the coverage.

Bank Statement (03 Months)

The current bank account statement stamped and signed by the bank (for the past 3 months) as a proof of sufficient means of subsistence during the intended stay in the Schengen area. Housewives and minors should provide Non Objection Letter from their sponsor as well as sponsor’s passport and visa copy, salary certificate and current bank account statement.
